The restaurant takes its inspiration from the original The Rib Room restaurant that opened in 1961 at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, London, UK. It features a mouth-watering selection of steaks and meat cuts including John Stone dry- aged grass fed Irish beef, Australian 1824 grain fed beef and Master Kobe Wagyu pure breed cuts.
Located on mezzanine level of the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray(east wing) open for dinner seven days a week.
The restaurant features indoor dining and an outdoor terrace, in conjunction to a stylish copper-topped bar, private dining rooms and a lounge area.
